Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Schedule: Days & Nights | Rotating Weekends
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: $32.95 – $48.00/hour (based on experience)
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $1,500 (case-by-case)

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide high-quality respiratory care across emergency, critical care, and acute care settings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, managing ventilation, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patients’ respiratory status through clinical evaluation and diagnostic tools
- Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and airway clearance techniques
- Manage invasive and non-invasive ventilation
- Assist with airway management and respond to respiratory emergencies
- Educate patients and families on respiratory care and treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Operate and maintain respiratory equipment while ensuring safety and compliance standards
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) credential
- BLS/CPR certification (required within 30 days of start)
- Associate Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Respiratory Therapy
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
