Were working with local construction companies in the Black Hills who are looking for experienced Site Supervisors to help manage day-to-day operations. If you've got experience leading crews, keeping jobs on track, and solving problems on the fly we want to connect you with the right crew.
What You'll Be Doing:

Overseeing job sites and coordinating daily activities

Communicating with subcontractors, vendors, and the crew to keep things moving

Ensuring safety protocols are followed and timelines are met

Pitching in when needed and leading by example
What You'll Need:

2+ years of experience leading crews or managing projects

Strong communication and time management skills

Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and site logistics

Ability to read and interpret site plans or blueprints is a plus
