$45,000 - $52,500 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our services again
- Upsell our premium products to close the best deal possible
- Assess the sales team’s progress toward company customer acquisition goals by creating quarterly and monthly sales reports
- Meet with prospects and convert them into new clients and ensure their needs are met
- Maintain the customer database with updated information on past, current, and potential clients
Primarily, the employee must enjoy interacting with customers and making sales. Additional requirements include:
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks or projects
- High level of attention to detail and follow-through
- Must be cooperative and helpful
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- An ability to grasp construction concepts
- Must be a team player
- Must be able to add and subtract fractions as well as other basic math functions
- Must have a strong desire to learn
- Can work under pressure and be flexible to changing conditions
- Must be able to demonstrate a high sense of urgency
Qualifications:
- Understands the sales process and how to use CRM software
- High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least one year of experience as a sales representative
- Excellent communication skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and customer service skills
- Sales experience is preferred but not required
- Construction and retail experience is preferred but not required
