We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Legal Call Center Coordinator to join our legal intake contact center in Las Vegas. In this key role, you will act as the primary liaison between clients and various internal departments, ensuring smooth and efficient communication across the organization. Your responsibilities will include managing and directing incoming calls to the appropriate legal specialists, paralegals, and social workers, facilitating seamless interactions and operations.
As the first point of contact for clients, you will engage with professionalism and empathy, guiding them through the intake process while scheduling follow-up calls with paralegals, social workers, and legal representatives. Your ability to build trust, maintain confidentiality, and deliver exceptional service will ensure clients receive the legal assistance and support they need in a timely manner.
This role requires excellent multitasking skills and a focus on managing high-volume client interactions with accuracy, empathy, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct and manage incoming calls across multiple departments, ensuring efficient and seamless communication.
Represent various law firms with professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality while engaging with new clients.
Use exceptional listening skills to understand client needs and provide compassionate, personalized support.
Guide clients through the intake process, establishing trust and instilling confidence in the legal services provided.
Schedule appointments for client follow-ups, ensuring smooth coordination with legal representatives.
Quickly assess and determine which legal specialist clients need to be connected with to ensure the best possible representation.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service, especially in a call center or phone-based setting.
Strong data entry skills and comfort using CRM systems.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey empathy and maintain confidentiality.
Ability to handle sensitive topics with professionalism and care.
Experience with scheduling appointments, preferably using tools like Calendly.
Ability to work full-time from our Las Vegas legal intake contact center.
