Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plumbing Estimator/Project Manager with a strong background in plumbing and project management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for estimating project costs, managing plumbing projects, and ensuring timely and successful completion.

Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for plumbing projects.
Manage and oversee plumbing projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on schedule and within budget.
Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project needs and progress.

Requirements:

Proven experience in plumbing and project management.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and local codes.
Excellent estimating skills and attention to detail.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
