Project Manager (Residential / Light Commercial)
About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive Project Manager to lead our construction projects from initial bid to final walkthrough. You’ll be the bridge between our clients, field crews, and subcontractors, ensuring every job is completed on time, within budget, and up to our quality standards. We're looking for the right person who can get their boots dirty right along with us. Can't, won't and don't doesn't exist in our vacabulary. What You’ll Do
- Project Oversight: Manage the full project lifecycle, including scheduling, resource allocation, and onsite inspections.
- Budget Management: Track project costs, manage change orders, and ensure we hit our profit margins.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and solving issues as they arise.
- Vendor Coordination: Source and manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring they meet deadlines and safety requirements.
- Compliance: Secure necessary permits and ensure all work meets local building codes and safety regulations.
What You Bring
- Experience: 2–5+ years in construction project management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
- Leadership: Ability to lead diverse teams and keep subcontractors accountable.
- Problem-Solving: A "find a way" attitude when faced with delays, supply chain issues, or site challenges.
- Education: Construction Management or equivalent field experience.
