• Shift: Day Shift, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM\n
• Schedule: Every other weekend & every other holiday required\n
• Employment Type: Local Contract, On-Site\n
• Hourly Pay Rate: $86.49\n
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $690–$730\n

\n\nICU RN Qualifications\n

\n
• Active Compact or New Jersey RN license (required at time of submission)\n
• Minimum of 1 year of recent ICU or Critical Care RN experience\n
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications\n
• NIHSS certification\n
• Proficiency in ventilator management and basic arrhythmia interpretation\n
• Willingness to float to MST as needed\n
• Flu immunization required (unless valid medical exemption provided)\n
• No specific scrub color requirement; attire must be clean and professional\n

\n\nICU Nurse Responsibilities\n

\n
• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit\n
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment\n
• Manage ventilators and interpret basic arrhythmias\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans\n
• Float to the Medical Surgical Telemetry (MST) unit as needed to support clinical staffing\n
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards\n
