We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide comprehensive respiratory care in a hospital setting. The therapist will deliver treatment, diagnostic evaluation, and patient education for individuals with cardiopulmonary conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments under medical direction
• Assist with intubation procedures and manage ventilator setup and monitoring
• Provide care for patients with cardiopulmonary deficiencies
• Evaluate patient needs through assessment, testing, and collaboration with healthcare teams
• Deliver patient and caregiver education in an understandable manner
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Key Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Active New Jersey Respiratory Care License
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification
• BLS (AHA), ACLS, and PALS certifications
