Pay: $16.50/hour
Location: Primarily Remote (with potential to transition onsite)
Position Type: long-term contract with excellent opportunity for permanent placement
About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong typing and data entry skills who also has some AP experience. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and efficiency are key.
This is an ongoing contract role with strong potential to transition into a permanent position for the right performer.
What You’ll Do:
Support Accounts Payable function by entering and processing invoices into the AP system with speed and accuracy
Perform data entry with a high degree of attention to detail
Assist with AP-related tasks such as coding, approvals, and reconciliations
Communicate with internal teams and vendors as needed
Support process improvements and team projects as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
Typing speed of 50+ WPM and proven data entry accuracy
Some experience in accounts payable or a related role
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Reliability, initiative, and a positive team-player attitude
Work Schedule & Flexibility:
Training may start remote or onsite; future transition to office-based work possible
