About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-focused individual to join our production team as a Hand Finisher. In this position, you'll work primarily with brass components, preparing and finishing materials using handheld tools and power equipment to meet quality standards. You’ll play a key role in completing pieces that are production-ready, contributing to a smooth workflow and a strong final product.
What You’ll Do
- Finish, polish, and deburr brass parts by hand and with power tools (grinders, buffers, sanders, etc.)
- Inspect pieces for accuracy, consistency, and surface quality
- Follow finishing procedures and production requirements to meet daily goals
- Maintain a clean work area and handle materials safely
- Participate in team-based production efforts to meet targets and deadlines
- Communicate issues or defects to leads to support continuous improvement

Requirements:

Physical & Work Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and handle up to 50 lbs as needed
