Location: Alternate Ending Beer Co.
Schedule: 30–40 hours per week
Pay: $18/hour
Job Summary:
The Expo plays a critical role in the success of service by acting as the bridge between the kitchen and front-of-house teams. This position ensures that every dish leaves the kitchen accurately, efficiently, and to our quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of communication between the kitchen and front-of-house during service

Organize and prioritize tickets to ensure timely, accurate food delivery

Check all dishes for accuracy, presentation, and quality before they leave the kitchen

Coordinate food runners and communicate clearly with servers

Maintain a clean, organized expo line and service area

Anticipate needs of the kitchen and FOH teams during peak service

Assist with light prep, garnish, or plating as needed

Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
Qualifications:

Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred (expo or line experience a plus)

Strong communication and multitasking skills

Ability to stay calm, focused, and positive in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation

Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in where needed

Availability for nights, weekends, and busy service periods
