NOW HIRING: Lead Line Cook / Kitchen Manager
1950 Originals is looking for a passionate, dependable Lead Cook to join our growing team. If you take pride in quality, thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, and care about consistency, cleanliness, and teamwork, we'd love to meet you.
Position Details
- Pay: $22 to $25 per hr.
- Hours: 55–65 hours per week
- Full-time position
- Nights and weekends are required
Responsibilities
- Lead daily kitchen operations and ensure food quality is consistent every shift.
- Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen.
- Manage prep, inventory, and kitchen organization.
- Ensure proper food safety, quality, and portion control.
- Help train and support kitchen staff.
- Work efficiently during high-volume service while maintaining attention to detail.
- Keep the kitchen running smoothly with a strong sense of urgency and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant line cook experience required.
- Leadership experience preferred.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about great food, consistency, and teamwork.
