Duties
- Modernize, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain elevators in commercial and residential settings.
- Read and interpret schematics or technical manuals to diagnose issues accurately
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Conduct electrical testing and repairs as needed, utilizing electrical experience to address system faults
- Utilize hydraulic knowledge for systems involving fluid power components
- Collaborate with clients to provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance procedures clearly
- Document work performed accurately in service reports and maintenance logs
- Adhere to safety protocols during all field service activities to prevent accidents or injuries
