We are a fast moving, growth-oriented firm seeking a motivated and experienced Telemarketing Professional. We have a 36-year history and focus on the best interests of our clients to improve their value and income. This position offers six-figure income potential with combination of wages, commissions and incentive compensation. $25-$30 base pay, commissions of $25-$100 per lead plus incentive compensation of $25K-$75K. Position can be full or part-time.
If you are an assertive closer that will play a key role in driving our growth by reaching out to potential clients and promoting our services. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, training and coaching a small team of sales professionals, directing marketing initiatives, results reporting and analysis and generating the results that convert prospects into clients.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and follow up calls to warm leads and potential clients
- We provide leads from the database in our CRM (Hubspot)
- Present and promote our services effectively
- Follow scripts and adjust approaches based on feedback
- Identify and record client needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Maintain detailed records of calls and responses in the CRM system
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly targets
- Increase your income based on your results with our Incentive Compensation
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with using CRM systems and making a high volume of calls
- Ability to handle rejections professionally and persistently
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
