Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated caregiver to join our team in providing exceptional care and support to residents in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with seniors and individuals with diverse needs.

Duties
- Assist residents with daily activities while promoting their independence and respecting their rights
- Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and medication reminders
- Support residents with mobility needs, including lifting and transferring
- Engage residents in social activities and recreational programs
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for residents

Requirements
- Experience or knowledge in assisted living, senior care, or related fields
- Ability to lift and assist individuals with mobility challenges
- Familiarity with working with people with developmental or physical disabilities or dementia is a plus
- Understanding of resident rights and person-centered care principles
- Certification or training in home care, home health, nursing home, or related areas is beneficial

- Act 32 and 34 Clearances ( child abuse and PA criminal background)

- 2 Step TB testing

- Weekly Pay
