A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Syteline ERP Analyst / Developer with proven Syteline 10 experience to help support and scale a business-critical ERP environment. This role offers a strong mix of hands-on development, functional analysis, and cross-functional partnership, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys solving real operational problems and working closely with the business.

You will play a key role in supporting and enhancing Syteline 10, helping teams across finance, supply chain, inventory, and operations improve how they use the system. This position is highly visible and well suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing environments, can navigate complexity, and wants to make a direct impact on production and process performance.

This will be primarily onsite/hybrid in Milwaukee, WI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support, troubleshoot, and enhance Syteline 10 ERP
  • Balance development work with analyst-facing responsibilities
  • Translate business needs into effective ERP changes and improvements
  • Support core functions including finance, inventory, costing, and supply chain
  • Manage work through a Freshdesk queue, including both issue resolution and system enhancements
  • Partner with stakeholders across production, shop floor, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations
  • Contribute to larger ERP and process improvement initiatives tied to growth and operational scale
  • Help expand internal ERP knowledge and reduce reliance on tribal knowledge

  • Required experience with Syteline 10
  • Background in manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of finance and/or supply chain processes
  • Experience with areas such as cost accounting, inventory, overhead, and labor costing
  • Ability to combine technical ERP development with business analysis
  • Proven skill in gathering requirements and turning them into practical system solutions
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with competing priorities and high business visibility
