Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals. Your responsibilities will include creating and submitting sales reports, building rapport with new and existing customers within your territory, evaluating their needs, and negotiating successful deals. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals.
Responsibilities
- Build business acumen and product knowledge to creatively provide customers with solutions to eliminate pest concerns
- Utilize market knowledge to identify potential opportunities for sales growth
- Design sales funnel and manage leads
- Follow up with given leads and maintain the scheduled appointments
- Act as a skilled negotiator to arrive at a price point on services that benefit the customer and the company profit base
- Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing thorough follow-up on services and customer inquiries
- Must maintain a valid drivers license and driving record through life of employment
- Must travel to territory via personal vehicle 5 days a week
- Must work one Saturday a month 9am-1pm
- Create and implement an effective sales strategy
- Ability to work one Saturday a month 9am - 1pm
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required
- Previous experience in outside sales
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
- Prior field sales in pest control or similar industry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Valid Driver's License
