Licensed practical Nurse

(LPN) PER DIEM Opportunities!!

Conifer Park is looking for PER DIEM LPNs to join our nursing team in Glenville, NY. In this role, the LPN collaborates with the RN in the implementation of a total health care regime, provides data to assist in the evaluation of patients' responses to plan of care, and administers medication safely and accurately while working closely with Medical and Clinical staff.

Requirements:

Vocational/Technical School, Current NYS LPN license with a minimum 1 year of experience preferred and CPR certification required.
