Onsite HR & Benefits Customer Support Representatives (CSR)
Location: Onsite – Chesapeake, VA
Commute Requirement: Must live within 25 miles or a 45-minute commute
Start Date: September 2, 2025
Pay Rate: $17/hr.
Schedule Details:
- Training: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST (through October 14, 2025)
- Work Schedule: Monday–Friday | Shifts between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST
(Final schedule provided before training concludes)

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and emails regarding HR and benefits
- Provide accurate information with empathy and professionalism
- Track and follow up on transactions, ensuring timely resolution
- Alert technical teams and managers to recurring issues
- Clearly explain HR and benefits policies to callers
- Protect confidential information and comply with data privacy standards
- Remain flexible to assist during peak periods and attend all training
- Follow structured processes and work independently on routine inquiries
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 6 months in a call center or benefits-related role
- Strong communication, multitasking, and time management skills
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
- Dedicated, quiet, distraction-free workspace (onsite)
- Perfect attendance required during training
