The Position:
The focus of the Customer Care Specialist at BCS is to provide a "White-Glove" experience for inbound and outbound callers for BCS clients. There is both a component of outbound calling and answering inbound calls/inquiries. The individual selected for this role will spend 8 hours each day on the phone working with BCS customers. This role is critical to client satisfaction and the continued success of BCS.
Responsibilities:
Outbound Efforts
- Outbound calls and emails to connect with customers and invite them to register or renew their registration.
- Outbound calls for follow-ups on existing records.
- Responsible for making roughly 50 phone calls per day on average.
Customer Care
- Answer all inbound phone calls received by the BCS main number.
- Work with the caller to identify and resolve questions or issues.
- Handle vendor registrations and troubleshoot payment issues.
- Resolve inbound customer care issues via online chat.

- Familiarity and comfort with modern tools like CRM software.
- Ability to spend 8 hours of the work day on the phone if needed.
- Ability to work without significant oversight in a fast-changing environment.
- Self-starter, detail-oriented, and analytical.
- Personable, professional, and able to talk to customers in a concise, neighborly manner.
- Possess a professional and helpful attitude with excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Knowledge of Spanish is very helpful.
Job Requirements:
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Comfortability and willingness to spend the majority of the workday on the phone with customers.
- Required to work in-office 5 days per week, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
- 1-2 years of customer service, sales, or related work experience preferred.
