In this long-term contract role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while assisting callers with scheduling COVID-19 vaccine appointments and providing accurate information. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
• Assist callers in scheduling appointments for COVID-19 vaccinations, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding appointment availability and procedures.
• Uphold strict confidentiality standards when handling customer data and sensitive information.
• Offer constructive feedback to management regarding service issues or customer concerns.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls with customers as assigned to ensure their needs are met.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments through precise data entry.• Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred.
• Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to provide clear information to callers.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
• Familiarity with basic computer systems and ability to quickly learn new tools.
