<li>Experience assisting with plumbing, HVAC, electrical, sheetrock, or carpentry is highly preferred.</li>
<li>Ability to use basic hand and power tools.</li>
<li>Ability to read basic measurements and follow instructions.</li>
<li>Must be comfortable working in residential construction environments.</li>
<li>Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, standing, climbing, and working in confined spaces when necessary.</li>
<li>Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.</li>
<li>Must be safety-conscious and willing to learn multiple trades.</li>
