About the Role
Are you passionate about leading finance transformation and driving operational excellence? We're seeking a senior finance professional to partner closely with executive leadership, championing strategic initiatives and modernizing finance operations for a global organization. This newly created position offers high visibility, direct collaboration with the CFO, and the chance to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to modernize and align finance operations with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional projects, including ERP rollouts, process automation, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate executive meetings, manage key projects, and ensure alignment across finance teams.
- Design and deliver executive-level presentations, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making.
- Oversee budgeting, resource planning, and scenario analysis to drive financial performance.
- Identify and address risks and opportunities, recommending innovative solutions to accelerate progress.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the finance function.
What You Bring
- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or strategic operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (advanced credentials such as MBA or CPA preferred).
- Strong background in leading transformation projects and managing change in complex organizations.
- Expertise with analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence and inspire teams, even without direct reporting lines.
- Experience with intranet or collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint) is a plus.

Pay Details: $180,000.00 to $200,000.00 per year
