Job Status: Temporary-to-Hire (Opportunity to convert to a permanent role based on performance)
️ Core Responsibilities & Impact
You will be the final line of defense for product quality, ensuring our cutting-edge fiber optic cables meet precise specifications.

Precision Manufacturing: Operate and maintain specialized equipment for the assembly of glass and plastic fiber optic cables.

Specialized Machine Operation: Expertise required in operating the Polishing Machine and Fiber Cutting Machine.

Quality Control & Testing: Utilize advanced electronic test equipment (including meters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies) for product testing and troubleshooting newly assembled products.

Accuracy & Compliance: Diligently confirm material usage, report discrepancies, and maintain accurate digital documentation in work orders (using basic computer skills, PDF/Excel).

Final Assembly: Perform crucial final assembly tasks using basic hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, etc.).
✅ Required Qualifications

Experience Required: Proven experience operating a polishing machine and a fiber cutting machine.

Minimum Experience: 1-2+ years in a technical or manufacturing assembly role (preferred).

Technical Aptitude: Demonstrated knowledge of electronic test equipment (meters, oscilloscopes, etc.).

Precision Skills: Exceptional hand and eye coordination for intricate assembly work.

Physical Capability: Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Technical college coursework is a strong plus.
