Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to support event operations in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment. This contract position is based in San Francisco, California, and involves providing attentive assistance to guests while ensuring smooth check-in procedures and maintaining a welcoming yet authoritative presence.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the reception area and manage guest check-in using Google Forms on either PC or Mac.
• Distribute name badges to attendees and meticulously track their pickup status.
• Welcome and guide 80–100 guests, ensuring efficient flow of foot traffic.
• Manage walk-in registrations in compliance with onsite capacity guidelines.
• Maintain a detail-oriented approach while addressing guest inquiries and enforcing event protocols.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, offering assistance and resolving issues promptly.
• Ensure accurate documentation of guest interactions and registration details.
• Coordinate with event staff to uphold smooth operations and address any challenges.
• Adapt to dynamic situations while maintaining a composed and authoritative presence.• Proven experience in customer service or front-desk roles, preferably in high-volume or event settings.
• Proficiency with technology, including Google Forms and PC or Mac systems.
• Strong communication skills, capable of being both welcoming and assertive when necessary.
• Demonstrated organizational abilities and attention to detail in managing guest records.
• Detail-oriented appearance and demeanor suitable for representing the organization.
• Familiarity with crowd management techniques and the ability to handle large groups effectively.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Knowledge of customer service tools and best practices, such as TRICARE and Windows PC systems.
