Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is collaborating with an organization in Kansas City, MO to find a dedicated Project Manager who has experience leading and managing electrical construction projects from pre-construction through close-out.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.

Coordinate and order all necessary materials, ensuring just-in-time delivery and minimizing delays.

Collaborate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure quality and efficiency.

Proactively handle change orders—negotiating, documenting, and executing in accordance with project goals and contracts.

Monitor job progress, enforce safety protocols, and maintain adherence to project specs and local codes.

Lead project meetings, generate reports, and provide clear communication to stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in electrical project management.

Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently.

Deep understanding of electrical systems, construction processes, and codes.

Expertise in risk management, change order negotiation, and material procurement.

Strong leadership and communication skills with a team-first mindset.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
Pay Details: $150,000.00 to $170,000.00 per year
