The expectations for the LCAS position include the following:

Fully licensed LCAS or can be LCAS A- Supervision can be provided on site.

• Maintain a regular on-site presence at the office for a minimum of four (4) days per week

• Carry and manage an assigned caseload of clients, ensuring appropriate clinical oversight and continuity of care

• Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and training to CADC-I/CADC staff as needed to support service delivery and professional development

• While not responsible for facilitating group sessions daily, provide oversight to ensure groups are conducted in accordance with clinical standards and program expectations

• Ensure all client-centered plans are current, clinically appropriate, and submitted in a timely manner for authorization and approval through area programs and applicable entities

• Monitor documentation and service delivery to ensure compliance with agency policies, MCO requirements, and state regulations
