Location: Roseville, near the Galleria
Schedule: M-F 8am to 5pm
Pay: $22-$30/hr DOE

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws. This role is essential in fostering a positive workplace environment and ensuring the effective management of human capital.
Duties
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates through ATS platforms like Lever and iCIMS, and conducting initial interviews.
- Data entry in our payroll system Sage
- Support employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems such as Workday, ADP, or Paylocity.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including employee evaluations and feedback collection.
- Administer benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries regarding benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with FMLA, OSHA regulations, and other employment laws while supporting affirmative action planning.
- Collaborate with HR team members on change management initiatives and strategic planning efforts.
- Manage data entry tasks related to employee information and payroll processing using systems like Dayforce or Kronos.
- Provide support for training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Assist in conflict management by addressing employee concerns and facilitating resolutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources or administrative roles with a focus on HR functions.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a huge plus!
- Strong knowledge of human capital management principles, employment & labor law, and workforce management strategies.
- Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques and talent management practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in using various HR software systems such as Oracle HCM, Ceridian, or SAP SuccessFactors for data collection and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with social media management for recruitment purposes is a plus.
- Knowledge of workers' compensation processes is advantageous.
