Job DescriptionSenior HR Generalist LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Senior HR Generalist with 6 years of experience working in a similar role. This is a Direct Hire opportunity, located in Windsor, CT. Responsibilities:
- Contribute to performance-related processes and assist with employee relations matters when necessary.
- Work cross-functionally to support initiatives focused on engagement, retention, and overall employee experience.
- Assist with HR metrics, reporting, audits, and administrative support tied to recruiting and payroll operations.
- Coordinate and manage the full lifecycle of employee entry and exit processes, ensuring a well-organized and positive experience from start to finish.
- Administer and maintain HR platforms and employee data, with a strong emphasis on ADP accuracy, system upkeep, and adherence to internal standards.
- Monitor and support compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local levels, assisting with policy updates as needed
- Act as a go-to resource for employees by responding to questions related to HR policies, benefits programs, and internal procedures.
- Provide hands-on support with benefits administration, including new enrollments, life event changes, and employee education
- Organize, update, and safeguard personnel files and HR documentation in alignment with legal and company requirements
Experience:
- 7-10 years of Human Resources experience

Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
