ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2003 and has grown into a team of nine who work together to provide strong service and support to our customers and community. I was with State Farm prior to opening my own agency, which gave me valuable experience and a solid foundation in the industry.
I attended the University of Georgia and am married with three children. Outside of the office, I enjoy staying active and spending time mountain biking. We stay active in the community and enjoy being involved in local events and initiatives.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Clay Dangerfield - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
