Physical Therapist
Location: Seattle, WA (Full-Time)
Salary: $120,000–$140,000/year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Summary
This Physical Therapist role focuses on evaluating patients, identifying functional limitations, and building structured plans of care that improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore day-to-day function. You will deliver skilled treatment, track measurable progress, and educate patients with clear home programs that support results between visits.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and document findings, goals, and plan of care
- Create individualized treatment plans based on functional needs
- Deliver therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and neuromuscular re-education as appropriate
- Track progress and adjust treatment plans based on patient response
- Educate patients on home programs, safe movement, and injury prevention
- Communicate with referring providers and care teams as needed
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Current Washington Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain)
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred (new grads welcome with strong clinicals)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
