Overview
We are seeking an experienced Regional Key Account Manager to expand our business in the Atlanta metroplex area. This role requires a seasoned professional with an established book of business in lighting and/or home furnishings and décor. The ideal candidate has extensive B2B experience, strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, developers, and builders, and a deep knowledge of the Atlanta market. This is not a training role—we are looking for someone who knows how to can deliver results immediately.
Responsibilities

Drive new business development and manage existing accounts within the Atlanta metroplex region.

Build B2B customers relationship base, including retail stores, wholesale electrical supply houses, developers, and builders.

Leverage existing client relationships and actively expand your professional network.

Present and promote company products and services to prospective customers.

Maintain accurate account data and pipeline activity in CRM systems.

Provide oversight and support to the Johns Creek retail showroom and customer service center, including assisting with customer-facing responsibilities as needed.

Schedule meetings between clients and internal Sales and Marketing teams.

Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

Achieve regional customer base targets and performance objectives.
Qualifications

Proven track record of B2B sales in lighting, home furnishings, or home décor.

Existing book of business in the Atlanta metroplex is required.

Experience calling on retail stores, wholesale electrical suppliers, developers, and builders.

Deep knowledge of the Atlanta metro area and its customer landscape.

Minimum of 3-5+ years of regional sales experience with demonstrated success.

Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Familiarity with Salesforce/CRM systems and sales pipeline management.

Ability to work independently with minimal training or supervision.

Leadership experience preferred; ability to support local staff in the showroom environment.
