What You’ll Be Doing:

Set up and operate CNC milling machines (vertical or horizontal)
Edit and troubleshoot G-code programs right at the machine
Read blueprints and follow work orders to meet precise specs
Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges
Keep machines running smooth — tool changes, coolant checks, and light maintenance
Work closely with engineering and quality to make sure jobs are done right
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area

What We’re Looking For:

At least 2 years of CNC machining experience
Able to read and understand blueprints and GD&T
Comfortable using precision measurement tools
Reliable, detail-oriented, and mechanically inclined
Can lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout the shift

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

Experience with 3-, 4-, or 5-axis milling machines
Familiarity with CAM software (like GibbsCAM)
Background in precision or high-tolerance industries

Work Environment:

You’ll be in a machine shop setting — expect some noise, oils, and metal chips. PPE like safety glasses, hearing protection, and proper footwear are required.
