Schedule/Hours:
- 36 hours per week
- Rotating day/night shifts
- Every other weekend (EOW)
- Every other holiday (EOH)
Qualifications:
- Active RN license with ICU specialty
- A minimum of 2 years of recent Cardiac Surgical ICU experience
- At least 1 year of prior travel nursing experience
- Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert nursing care to critically ill cardiac surgical patients
- Monitor complex hemodynamic parameters and respond to emergencies adeptly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on patient assessments and care plans
- Educate patients and families with compassion and clarity
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with hospital standards
