Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Office Staff role based in Brookhaven, MS. The Office Staff team member will handle daily administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, organizing files, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office records. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting visitors, responding to phone and email inquiries, and supporting consultants with document preparation and data entry. The role also involves basic accounting support, such as processing invoices, tracking payments, and assisting with expense reports. The Office Staff will help ensure smooth office operations and provide reliable customer service to clients and partners.
