Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time, In-Person Milton, MA

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, in-person role in Milton, Massachusetts. In this position, you will provide comprehensive speech and language services that support students communication development, strengthen functional abilities, and promote meaningful academic progress. The ideal candidate will bring school-based or pediatric experience and a strong commitment to student success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students with a range of communication needs

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals

• Conduct assessments and contribute to eligibility, reevaluation, and progress monitoring

• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support carryover of communication strategies

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, progress, and compliance requirements

• Participate in IEP meetings, interdisciplinary team discussions, and professional development

• Prepare therapy materials and assist with organizational tasks related to service delivery

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active Massachusetts SLP license or eligibility to obtain

• Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
