Full time: Monday Through Friday, 8am - 5pm, occasional schedule flexibility, with any adjustments to schedule communicated in advance.
The candidate will provide support to the Human Resources department across both our Mira Loma and Rialto plant locations.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Temporary Administrative Clerk to provide support to our Human Resources (HR) team for a project duration of approximately 3 to 6 months. This position plays a vital role in supporting HR operations by managing administrative tasks with accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic HR environment
???? Responsibilities
- File, scan, and organize HR-related documents for accuracy and compliance
- Maintain and update employee records both digitally and physically
- Timely data entry
- Prepare documentation to assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, to include scheduling
- Track inbound Safety trainings and Organize HR files, documentation, and confidential materials
- Generate reports and assist in preparing presentations or documentation as needed
- Support payroll preparation by gathering and auditing paper trail
- Help coordinate training, meetings, and employee events
- Assist in facilitating compliance training and tracking participation
- Support internal and external HR audits by compiling documentation and records
- Perform general office duties

- Schedule: Full time; Monday through Friday
- Compensation: $22.00 - $24.00 (Hourly Position)
- Status: Temporary Role (3-6 months)
✅ Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in HR or related field preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative or HR support roles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
