<li>Perform MIG welding on steel components and structural assemblies</li>
<li>Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings</li>
<li>Measure, cut, and fit metal pieces prior to welding</li>
<li>Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications</li>
<li>Operate angle grinders, plasma cutters, and other fabrication equipment</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with safety standards</li>
<li>Collaborate with fabricators and shop leads to meet production deadlines</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in MIG welding in a steel or metal fabrication setting</li>
<li>Ability to read blueprints, weld symbols, and shop drawings</li>
<li>Familiarity with steel fabrication tools and equipment</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to weld quality</li>
<li>Ability to stand, lift, and work in physically demanding conditions</li>
<li>Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player</li>
<li>Welding certification or vocational training is a plus</li>
