Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations for our Home & Community-Based Services program.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage office operations and staff
• Ensure HCBS documentation and compliance
• Coordinate scheduling, payroll support, and onboarding
• Maintain client and employee records
• Serve as liaison between caregivers, clients, and management
Qualifications:
✔ Experience in HCBS, home health, or healthcare administration preferred
✔ Strong organizational and leadership skills
✔ Knowledge of Medicaid/HCBS compliance a plus
✔ Proficient with office software and scheduling systems
