We are seeking aCustomer Service Representative (CSR)to build strong customer relationships and support administrative operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What Youll Do
- Greet customers warmly and assist with check-ins, authorizations, and vehicle condition forms.
- Provide updates on repair progress and explain processes, including insurance, payments, rentals, and timelines.
- Answer and direct calls professionally, schedule appointments and handle DRP assignments promptly.
- Create RO files, coordinate vehicle drop-offs, and manage related paperwork.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, front office, and kitchen.
- Manage office calendars, invoices, accounts receivable, and final billing preparations.
- Submit customer information for weekly service reviews
- Travel with our porter to customer locations to assist with check in process for customers who cannot travel to our locations
- Driving different types of vehicles to and from the facility
- Assist as needed in other areas
What Were Looking For
- 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in sales, call centers, or POS/management systems is a plus
Schedule
- Monday Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
Qualifications
- Ability to stoop, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Extended periods of standing, sitting, and performing repetitive motions.
