About the RoleWe are looking for a Client & Operations Administrator to serve as the front-line voice and organizational backbone of our operation. This is not a passive desk job — you will be the first point of contact for borrowers, tenants, and partners across our lending and property portfolio. You will own relationships from first inquiry through close, keep our pipelines moving, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. This role sits at the intersection of lending administration, property management support, client communication, and executive-level admin. The right person is proactive, organized (digitally and physically), and thrives in a dynamic environment where priorities shift and problems need solutions — not just questions. What You Will DoAnswer inbound calls and texts as the primary point of contact for the entire portfolioGuide loan and lease leads from first contact through completionManage borrower and tenant relationships with professionalism and follow-throughCoordinate across lending, property management, and vendor contactsProcess loan documentation, track conditions, and maintain pipeline reportsSupport lease processing, tenant renewals, and STR property administrationHandle accounts payable tasks including credit card reconciliations and EFT postingsMaintain organized digital and physical filing systemsProvide executive administrative supportFind answers independently; escalate only what truly requires leadership input What We Are Looking ForExceptional communicator — confident on the phone, professional in writing, personable in personSelf-starter who takes ownership and finds solutions without waiting to be toldHighly organized with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, multi-task environmentAdaptable — comfortable shifting priorities and staying calm under pressureTech-savvy with experience or eagerness to use AI tools in daily workflowDiscreet and trustworthy with sensitive financial and personal informationPrior experience in lending, property management, or operations is a plus — but not requiredWe will train the right person.
