Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Empower students to find their voices by providing essential speech and language services throughout the 2026-2027 school year. This contract opportunity calls for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists, ready to make a direct impact in K-12 educational settings near Port Orchard, WA. This is a full-time, in-person role supporting students, staff, and educational outcomes—remote work or VOCO candidates will not be considered.

Your expertise will be vital in fostering communication growth for learners across varied grade levels. While final caseload specifics are forthcoming, adaptability and a passion for student-centered support are essential. Previous experience in school-based environments will serve you well, as will solid collaborative and organizational skills.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid WA Speech-Language Pathologist license required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience in school settings highly preferred
  • Prepared to work on-site for the entire school year (8/31/26–6/16/27)
  • Willingness to support K-12 students with diverse needs
  • Strong communication and documentation skills

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to students individually and in groups
  • Conduct assessments and collaborate in developing IEPs
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Track and document student progress
  • Offer recommendations to support classroom success
  • Participate in IEP meetings as required
