Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
• Utilize photography and video editing skills to produce high-quality visual content that enhances brand storytelling.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and engagement opportunities using social listening tools.
• Manage relationships with influencers and partners to amplify brand messaging through collaborative campaigns.
• Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and advertising.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including Adobe Illustrator) for content creation and design.
• Strong video editing skills with experience in producing engaging video content for social media platforms.
• Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport with team members, clients, and influencers.
• Knowledge of public relations principles and practices is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
