Must have pleted Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is available for the 2025-2026 school year (August 2025 June 2026) serving students in grades K-12 at a school located in Hilton Head Island, SC. This contract role offers the opportunity to provide essential behavior analysis services within a supportive educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Deliver direct behavior analytic services to students across the K-12 spectrum.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary school teams, including participation in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.
- Provide supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Qualifications:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential in good standing.
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate within educational teams and maintain professional standards of practice.
