An Executive Assistant is needed to support Ben Mains, a top-producing agent and team leader of The Mains Network, based in Apple Valley, MN. With the help of this individual, Ben is hoping to focus more on selling real estate and growing the business, while handing off daily administrative and operational tasks. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who is excited to build out systems, take initiative, and grow alongside a driven, high-performing agent.


The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate—whether that’s administrative, title, lending, or transaction-related—or will bring a strong operations background from another fast-paced industry. We’re looking for someone who thrives on structure, loves creating order out of chaos, and takes pride in being the person who “just gets it done.”


Compensation:

  • Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 (based on experience)
  • Optional per-transaction bonus incentives
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Full-time in-person position

Responsibilities:

This person's primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting and supporting the owner in all business and occasional personal areas
  • Building and managing operational systems, processes, and workflows
  • Handling backend support functions, including marketing coordination, CRM/database updates, and compliance tasks
  • Managing contract-to-close responsibilities
  • Helping with listing prep, social media marketing, and branding
  • Scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and preparing reports and presentations
  • Tracking business expenses and maintaining accurate budgets
  • Supporting a growing team with onboarding, communication, and documentation
  • Serving clients and ensuring an extraordinary experience throughout the transaction
  • Managing day-to-day office operations and anticipating what needs to get done before being asked
  • This person will LOVE checklists, thrives on organization, and is always ready to roll up their sleeves to support the success of the team.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in real estate, title, mortgage, or operations preferred
  • Alternatively, experience in an executive assistant or project manager role in another fast-paced business
  • Outstanding organization and attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly (Google Workspace, CRMs, social media platforms)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to multitask and prioritize daily workload without constant supervision
  • Problem-solving mindset with a “how can I help?” attitude
  • Comfortable working with strong personalities and managing up
  • Discretion, professionalism, and a high level of confidentiality
  • A college degree and social media experience are a plus
  • Willing to obtain a real estate license if not already licensed (agent will reimburse)
