Our client is a profitable, private equity-backed enterprise SaaS company transforming supply chain planning for inventory-intensive industries. Their decision-centric platform helps mid-market and enterprise organizations optimize performance, manage risk, and improve operational agility at scale.
As the company accelerates growth following strong financial performance, they are expanding their enterprise pipeline engine and seeking a Senior Business Development Representative to drive high-value outbound strategy and scalable pipeline creation.
This is not a volume SDR role. It is a strategic, enterprise-facing position focused on engaging C-level stakeholders, strengthening ABM execution, and elevating outbound performance across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Lead strategic outbound programs targeting enterprise and high-value accounts
- Engage VP- and C-level prospects across email, phone, social, and events
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to refine ICP and account prioritization
- Strengthen and execute Account Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives
- Oversee lead qualification rigor and early-stage pipeline quality
- Mentor and coach junior BDRs on best-in-class prospecting
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps
- Maintain high-quality Salesforce and marketing automation data
- Provide market intelligence and buyer insight feedback loops
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years in business development, account development, or SaaS sales
- Proven success targeting enterprise or strategic accounts
- Strong executive presence with C-suite engagement experience
- Deep understanding of enterprise business processes and SaaS value mapping
- Hands-on experience with ABM, Salesforce, and marketing automation tools
- Track record of mentoring or coaching BDRs/SDRs
- Ability to work hybrid from the Atlanta office (2–3 days/week)
- Proactive, data-driven, and commercially sharp mindset
Strong Plus
- Background in supply chain, ERP, or complex B2B SaaS
- Experience with platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, Coupa, or Anaplan
- Exposure to AI or automation in outbound programs
- Network within enterprise or supply chain ecosystems
