Job Description
The Children’s Ear, Nose, Throat and Allergy is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Pediatric Otolaryngologist to join our growing, physician-led practice in Orlando, Florida. Due to continued growth and strong referral demand, this is a unique opportunity to step into a busy, established practice with immediate patient volume and a highly collaborative team environment focused exclusively on pediatric care.
Practice Highlights:
- Established team of 3 Pediatric ENT Surgeons, 3 Audiologists, and 4 Nurse Practitioners
- Strong referral base with consistent growth and immediate patient volume
- Multidisciplinary, team-based approach to pediatric care
- Opportunity to develop subspecialty interests including sleep, airway, and sinus conditions
- Robust clinical and administrative support infrastructure
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $420,000
- Productivity Bonus: Additional earning potential based on performance
- 20 days paid vacation, 5 sick days, and 5 CME days
- CME Allowance: $3,500 annually
