Prepare check requests for co-sourced returns, estimates and extensions.

Process co-sourced returns, estimates and extensions.

Ensure the tax calendar is accurate and up to date.

Assist with tax notices.

Assist with preparation of federal 1120's and state income and franchise tax returns.

Assist with preparation of state income / franchise tax returns.

Assist with preparation of state tax estimates and extensions for various states.

Assist with calculation of state and local tax apportionment factors.
Qualifications:

Must possess strong organizational skills and demonstrate attention to detail.

Utilizes good time management and prioritizes tasks.

Knowledge of Corptax US Compliance tax software is a plus.

Accounting or Finance Bachelor's Degree required.

Hours are 9ish to 6ish could be earlier or later.

Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
