About the Role

We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Marketing Lead Generation Coordinator to boost our retail presence and generate qualified leads through well-executed events. You’ll be the driving force behind high-traffic consumer-facing events across the Dallas market, ensuring our brand is visible, approachable, and generating real results.

In this role, you will:

  • Research and identify high-traffic local events (expos, festivals, retail pop-ups, etc.) to support weekly lead generation goals.

  • Secure and coordinate a minimum of two in-person events per week to ensure consistent brand presence in target markets.

  • Negotiate booth space, placement, and event logistics to maximize visibility and attendee engagement.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with event organizers, venue staff, and vendors to drive ongoing opportunities.

  • Track and evaluate event performance to continuously improve outreach strategies and return on investment.

  • Rebook existing events as needed.

Key Qualifications

  • 2+ years in event planning, field marketing, or retail lead generation (home services experience a plus)

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

  • Excellent time management and organization skills across multiple markets

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and resourceful

  • Ability to travel for events as needed

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing performance tracking is a plus
