Job Description

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in a fast-paced professional environment for one of our esteemed clients in Downtown Atlanta. This individual will serve as a key point of coordination for internal teams, external partners, and executive-level stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and department teams, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring professional and timely responses.
  • Prepare, proofread, and format documents, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to support daily operations.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and conference calls, including room reservations and catering.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical); support data entry and recordkeeping.
  • Assist HR, finance, and project teams with administrative tasks when needed.
  • Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of administrative or office support experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time-management, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders or departments.
  • Familiarity with office management tools or platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Workday, Concur).
  • Customer-service mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
